I met Stuart about nine years ago and have never been disappointed with his work which says a lot if you knew me.<br>Fantastic Staff and Clinic and recommended it to my friends who needed a refresh.<br>Very deserving of 5 stars

I had my first ever lip filler appointment with Stuart, and from the moment I arrived he put me completely at ease. I was quite nervous, but he was gentle, reassuring, and very informative throughout. There was minimal discomfort during the procedure, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results

I’m 52 and I’ve never had a skin care routine. Hit menopause and suddenly my skin (and hair) changed and not for the better! Stu was recommended, so booked a consultation. He was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and gave me huge confidence he could help. A few weeks later, using new skin products and one treatment in (needling) and I’m already seeing change. Couldn’t be happier and would 💯 recommend! 😃

I usually see Penny for my Botox appointments and always receive a full consultation, friendly welcome and really personalised service. Due to booking last minute, I was seen by Stu who offered the same high level of service that I’ve become accustomed to with this clinic. The treatment is delivered with full consideration of the end result and competitive in cost for the professional service given. Have already recommended to my friends/family.

He gives the best advice and doesn’t try the hard sell or try to play on insecurities to sell further products as I had experienced in other clinics. Had a consultation with Aimee. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable to go through my concerns. I was interested in the Co2 laser therapy. She was very thorough and weighed out the procedure with the ideal outcomes and possible risks. She explained this well and was very confident in doing so, which is very reassuring as a customer. I just wanted treatment for a scar on my eye area and she focused on how we would treat this, additionally she went into concise detail that it was a small area and for the same cost she'll also be able to treat the smile lines around my eyes, along with the scar. I thought this was very meticulous, thoughtful and complimentary with what I wanted done. I could see customers being really happy with this so I thought to mention it, but I am very happy that I can just get the scar treated. Exemplary work.<br><br>Also, the clinic was very clean and tidy and the girls on the front desk was wonderful too, who I'm sure were the girls who offered the superb helpful communication and customer service via WhatsApp and phone call conversations prior to the appointment (I know that one of the girls who did this was called Charlotte. Thank you Charlotte!). Great first impressions and experience overall. Looking forward to my treatment in the new year.<br><br>A coffee and a slice of toast whilst filling out the form would have been nice 😅 again, fantastic work!
