I have been attending the clinic for approx 18 months for Profhilo and forehead Botox. The service I receive from Stuart and his team is outstanding and completely trust them all.<br>Thank you Dermoperfection.

I loved this clinic. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and I got seen to straight away. The doctor talked me through the procedure I was interested in too. From the origins of it, how long it had been on the market and how it differs in results in each person I accepted the treatment with full confidence I knew everything I needed too. Also, he pointed out on a medical diagram how my forehead lines different from just being 'straight' lines that the average botox treatment could fox and instead said mine were 'wavy'. Fascinating insight and explained why my traditional botox never lasted. He tailored the treatment to my specific needs, didn't push me into extras he didn't think I needed and I left feeling happy and confident. Ill deffinately be coming back for future treatments!

Penny is a highly qualified and experienced nurse who does a range of treatments at Dermoperfection. It’s important to have confidence in the professional ability of someone who is lasering your face and I always feel comfortable and safe with Penny. She’s also a really lovely person so it’s a pleasure having even a painful treatment with her. Most importantly, she gives good and realistic advice and gets great results, whatever the treatment.

Each time I go to the Birmingham clinic the reception staff have been absolutely wonderful and so welcoming. Stuart is such an expert in this field , he explains it all so clearly and I have to say I have trust in him after the results. He is so professional yet makes you feel very attracted ease. I will be going back.

I was looking online for a specialist skin clinic that could hopefully help with my rosacea. After spending several years on strong antibiotics and various skin treatments, I decided to bite the bullet and maybe go down the route of IPL that I’d read about (this isn’t what I ended up having). Amy did a scan of my skin, confirmed the rosacea and gave me a thorough consultation and advised me the best course of action which I was excited to be able to begin straight away today. Amy and Ellie were both so lovely and I really felt at ease throughout the whole appointment. Everything was explained thoroughly, all of my concerns and questions were answered knowledgeably and the treatments felt very professional. The clinic was clean, modern and comfortable, parking was easy (once I found the car park) and I am just so excited to start seeing sone results as the treatment continues and the weeks go by. I also liked how nothing felt pushy or ‘salesy’ and no products were attempted to be sold to me, which can be off putting. I was informed of some good products but this was explained in again a knowledgable way and not an ‘attempt to sell’ way. Would definitely recommend.

Finally the search for a clinic that is using high quality injectables with an expert practitioner has been realised. I’ve been using Botox for about 18 years and was always happy to have my injections right here in Birmingham, that is until about ten years ago when I began to find myself continually disappointed by the results. I went from clinic to clinic trying to recapture the results I’d come to expect in years gone by, but sadly the results continued to disappoint. When I discussed this at my follow up appointment, I was often told things I believed not to be accurate such as “ Botox is less effective as you get older “ or “ it’s because you are over using Botox “, a simple search on google will tell you that the excuses I was given as to why my treatment was disappointing was not accurate. In the end if I wanted an effective treatment, I would have to travel to Manchester or London, it would appear that Botox still worked outside of the Midlands. The good news is, all this was until I discovered Dermoperfection. I can’t tell you how happy I was to stumble across this Clinic when I was with a few friends at the Mailbox. I decided to give it a try and I couldn’t be happier that I did. The results are always great, I am no longer disappointed and I no longer have to travel to Manchester or London to get the high quality results I want. The practitioner ( Stuart ) is excellent, always puts me at ease and more importantly knows exactly what I need for the perfect result. I couldn’t be more happier.

Got lip filler for the first time and decided to come here based on positive reviews. The staff at reception were very polite and very welcoming :) Amy was absolutely incredible! She took on everything I said regards the results I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable, she is an absolute credit to the team!!!

Have been going to Stuart for years- I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He’s always ahead of the curve and knows all about the latest and best treatments. He gives the best advice and doesn’t try the hard sell or try to play on insecurities to sell further products as I had experienced in other clinics. All the staff at Dermoperfection are super friendly and I always recommend it to friends when they ask me what my secret is. Dermoperfection is my secret!
