Visited Crystal Rose Skin Clinic for Cryotherapy treatment to some skin tags/moles/seborrhoeic keratosis. I must say that I really liked the way Rosy emphasised and explained the whole treatment and healing process. Two weeks on, most of the blemishes have healed well and are barely visible. I’d highly recommend this treatment and Rosy was so caring and passionate about her profession.

I recently had the NeoStrata Retinol Peel and I’m so happy with the results. I was a bit nervous at first as I had heard peels could be abrasive, but this one was so different. The treatment was comfortable and caused very little irritation. Within a few days my skin felt much smoother, looked brighter, and had a healthy glow. Fine lines looked softer and my complexion felt really refreshed. I would definitely have it again and can see why people go back regularly.

Rosie is a very professional and caring person, with great knowledge in her field. I have regular HydraFacials here which are always fabulous, and recently had polynucleotides in my lower face — the results were brilliant! My skin looks so much smoother, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I saw Rosy in March 2025 for a skin consultation, and she was lovely, thorough, and very professional. She gave me helpful skincare advice and product suggestions tailored to my skin. I moved to Suffolk 2/3 years ago..I was very lucky to find Rosy at Crystal Rose Skin Clinic..As soon as I walked into the building I was made to feel at home. When I met Rosy she made me feel totally at ease and was happy to talk through several treatments I was considering having.
