Sometimes everything in life runs smoothly and at other times it doesn’t. This is my story during my recovery with Dr Tillo. The surgery went extremely well. The 6 hour anaesthesia didn’t affect me despite of my age and the fact that I am an ex-smoker for 40+ years. Unfortunately one of the stitches underneath my armpit got damaged and infected. Without any hesitation, Dr Tillo arranged to see me and kept seeing me every 2 days until he ensured that the wound healed. His personal attention and care was extraordinary. He didn’t charge me extra for the extra visits. His only interest was that I had a speedy recovery which without his supervision might have been a bit difficult. He takes pride in what he does and he looks after his patients without having any financial gain in mind. His main aim is the full recovery of his patients. The result so far (even only just after 7 weeks post-surgery) and despite the complications is great - exactly what I expected. I also feel that I have to praise Zaida who was giving me the post-surgery lymphatic drainage massages. No doubt that her skills and expertise, helped me recover more quickly. She knows exactly what she is doing and she really cares about her patients. Needless to say that things will improve even more and the end result will be more obvious after 6 months. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Tillo and Creo Clinic. He is an “artist” in his field but above all a caring human being.

Creo clinic are basically magicians! I had an osteoma removed that the NHS told me couldn’t be removed without risk - and Creo took less than 30 mins under local. I had zero pain afterwards and no scaring. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

I had the best experience at the CREO clinic - Dr Tillo is super friendly and so are all the staff, they really put you at ease and make the experience so much easier. I am super happy with my results and if I were to get any more survey I would 100% go back to the CREO clinic.

So far amazing experience! Treatment was done yesterday, it was not painful and today my skin feels glowing, not redness, not itching, and not peeling for now. I can update as well on the following weeks. And it is also great for acne scarring, this treatment fade it a lot my acne marks in the skin. It is great very happy so far!

I saw Dr Tillo recently for a consultation about my arms - regarding body tite with another Dr which has not been a good experience. I was trying to explore other options. I have to say Dr Tillo is extremely gentle and personable and displayed authentic empathy towards me. He was honest and gave me a real 360 view of my options explaining everything clearly and taking the time to do this, which possibly made him late for his next client. I found him to be really honest and he also gave me the option of doing nothing. No hard sell here or false promises. He comes across as eminently competent - he’s a registered plastic surgeon. He also does psychological assessments for some patients whom he regards as benefitting from it. This is the first time I’ve ever come across someone who would care about that aspect of things. He would ( I believe) be perfectly happy to advise you not to have a procedure done if he believes you would not benefit from it. I think the reassuring thing about Dr Tillo is that you could feel ‘safe’ with him as he will be really honest with you about expected results. This breeds trust which is important in the arena of plastic surgery as it is potentially a high risk endeavour. I would feel safe with this Dr. He showed pictures of his work and displayed openness and transparency through the whole consultation. A really lovely man.

I attended my appointment and immediately felt prioritised and comfortable. The clinic was clean and tidy, with plenty of information brochure to view. Emily treated me so well. I was asked to complete an information form and disclaimer, which reassured me that my procedure was being conducted properly. Emily was very delicate and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and the pressure was ok. Emily reassured me throughout the whole procedure, telling me exactly what she was doing and what that would do. I would highly recommend having a treatment by Emily, she was professional, knowledgable and informative.

I recently had two laser treatments done at Creo Clinic and was really happy with the care provided by Dr Gina. She made me feel really comfortable and was super patient and informative when I had any questions. I recently needed a follow up and she didn’t hesitate to book me in again or do a follow up treatment. I would definitely recommend the clinic to others and wouldn’t hesitate to come back for other procedures if needed.
