I had dermal fillers and Botox with Lou.. I was a little worried before I had it done. Everything was explained in such great detail at my consultation and a very detailed treatment plan was made.. it’s now 3 weeks after treatment and I am so happy with my results I feel great . Friendly, approachable staff. Have had IPL on leg veins and on sun/age spots on my face. Looking forward to results after a few treatments!

I had a consultation with Lou and I was very impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and the detailed overview of the proposed treatment to address my concerns. Lou took her time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions fully. I found her to be very welcoming and patient. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision but rather to go home and digest all the information provided first. I will definitely book the treatment.

I have been attending this clinic for a couple of years now (after my old clinician stopped working).I have had a variety of treatments and have been nothing but impressed by their professional approach and customer service. I attended again yesterday for a new treatment available. Lou has a very scientific approach to her work, with added artistic ability to know exactly what you need and what will work best. Everything is fully explained and you feel she is totally trustworthy and knowledgeable, so that you can rely on her to produce the right outcome. I can highly recommend.

I couldn't of asked for more from the team at Cosmex. I had a very personal and indepth look into my skin and the options available to get my desired results. The level of knowledge shown reassured me I had definitely picked the best place to start my journey. Just had a hydrafacial followed by LED light treatment and this is just the start. This clinic and it's staff are truly amazing; their medical knowledge, professional duty of care to their clients, and their ability to make you look at your very best, without looking like you've had anything done at all!
