I have been a client of Lou's for some years now. She is a true professional and a role model herself of how to age beautifully. Lou is absolutely meticulous and takes the time to fully explain what she is doing and why she might recommend a treatment. I really can't commend her and Cosmex clinic more highly.

I have been going to Cosmex since I turned 30 and was worried about signs of aging. Cosmex has always given me sage and measured advice alongside amazing results. They are not in the business of selling skincare products or procedures. They are in the business of cultivating lifelong customer relationships. I trust Cosmex. That is not merely the basis for a good review, but for a lifelong customer. The quality of the work at Cosmex is always very good. No duck faces or frozen eyebrows. The work is always natural-appearing, and the goal is graceful aging. I really feel in great hands at Cosmex and will travel from very far away to stay up to date.

I’m not great with needles but Lou was incredibly patient throughout the whole process and I felt in such safe hands. Science based process, reliable, I had just 1 session still have another 2 ..so far it looks working for me. The price is a bit high but having a package could be the mire economic approach. I will keep you informed once I finish all 3 treatments. Deal?

I have been attending this clinic for a couple of years now (after my old clinician stopped working).I have had a variety of treatments and have been nothing but impressed by their professional approach and customer service. I attended again yesterday for a new treatment available. Lou has a very scientific approach to her work, with added artistic ability to know exactly what you need and what will work best. Everything is fully explained and you feel she is totally trustworthy and knowledgeable, so that you can rely on her to produce the right outcome. I can highly recommend.

I couldn't of asked for more from the team at Cosmex. I had a very personal and indepth look into my skin and the options available to get my desired results. The level of knowledge shown reassured me I had definitely picked the best place to start my journey. Just had a hydrafacial followed by LED light treatment and this is just the start.
