Ciao Bella aesthetics

My first time having treatments at Ciao Bella after doing lots of research. I’ve had lip filler before elsewhere and a bit of Botox but was looking to lift and snatch the face a bit more. From the consultation to leaving today, everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. There is absolutely no hard sell and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. The salon itself (Keynsham) was immaculate. The welcome/overall customer care from the reception team was above and beyond. So kind and welcoming and seemed genuinely invested in your journey. I had Botox, cheek and lip filler with Tracey. I felt she really listen to my concerns and tailored my treatments perfectly. She is doing gods work, and seems to have taken 10 years off me in half an hour! I’m obsessed with the results! I can’t wait to go back. Genuinely cannot rate the whole team highly enough ✨

I’ve been going to Ciao Bella Aesthetics for Masseter Botox to help with teeth grinding and jaw clenching, and honestly, the experience has been amazing from start to finish. The team are incredibly friendly and welcoming — it always feels like more of a catch-up than a clinical appointment! The treatment was explained clearly and thoroughly, so I felt completely at ease. I really appreciated how professional and knowledgeable they were, while still being down-to-earth and approachable. I recently attended a training at CB Keynsham and had a great day. The clinic is beautiful, newly decorated with a real luxury feel, spacious and relaxed. Alex and the team are all very friendly, knowledgeable and really welcoming, such a great first impression. I’m an aesthetics nurse and I’d have treatments here 🙌

Today I had my third visit to Ciao Bella Aesthetics. I initially went for an anti-wrinkle consultation with Alex the clinic director. She was friendly, professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable. I had done a lot of research on different clinics beforehand, and Ciao Bella absolutely lived up to my expectations from the off. The Keynsham clinic is stunning, it is pure luxury and it feels like such a treat when you visit. After my initial consultation, I booked to have 3 areas of Botox with Brooke the following week. On the day she made me feel at ease straight away. She was incredibly professional and I felt in really safe hands. I actually ended up having a bit of a vasovagal episode during the procedure where I felt a bit faint, which was completely unexpected as I'm not needle phobic and had never had anything like that happen before. Brooke was so professional and reassuring. She didn't rush me, got me some lucozade and made sure I was feeling well enough to continue. It's now been two weeks since the procedure and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. Today I had my two week post botox review and I needed a couple of tiny tweaks which was to be expected as it was my first time having the procedure. Special mention to the reception staff also as they are always so lovely! I've already booked my next visit for 12 weeks time.

I really cant believe the difference after tox - i feel like a new person. I was nervous as it was my first time but Brooke was really professional and took time to get to know what i needed and gave me every confidence in her ability. Have seen Alex on a number of occasions and she in honestly the best there is. I have had several treatments with her and she has always taken the time with me to talk through everything with me and always had great results. She’s so understanding & has helped me resolve damage from RF machine from another practitioner. Shes always honest and supported me when needed with my treatment plan. Thank you!!

I literally couldn’t be happier with the results of my lip filler. They are EXACTLY what I wanted! The first time I got them done I wasn’t as pleased as they didn’t look how i imagined but this time Brooke did an incredible job and catered very well to how my lips already looked and used her expertise to make sure they came out blended and even. Brooke was so welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will absolutely be back for my next top up :)

Ive been to Ciao Bella Aesthetics a few times now in the Keynsham branch and currently in an on going process and cannot recommend them enough. From initial consultations to the aftercare they have all been amazing. Ive been put at ease through every step and they always explain everything so thoroughly, everything has always been discreet and Ive always been made to feel incredibly comfortable.
