I first went to Ciao Bella late last year for a consultation, this was extremely thorough and they listened to my every want. I wanted to still look natural but less tired. WOW! Did they deliver!!! Over the course of 10 months and slowly building up filler in my face and lips plus some very well placed Botox I can honestly say I am over the moon with my results. I still look like me just fresher. I’ve also had 3 sessions of laser removal on my very dark and out dated semi permanent eyebrow tattoo which is fading so well. Plus I’ve also been having laser hair removal and why I didn’t do this sooner I will never know! All the staff are so lovely and welcoming and I’m always put at ease with each treatment I have. I would absolutely never go anywhere else.

In been coming to the Keynsham clinic for over a year now and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been amazing! They’re all so lovely and happy to answer any questions. Brooke has been doing my laser treatment and has always been super friendly whilst also being professional and informative. Madeline, the receptionist, is fantastic! Shes very welcoming and happy to help. I recently had a general consultation with Alex to explore possible treatments to enhance my features. Lately, I’ve been feeling that my appearance doesn’t quite reflect the personal growth and inner work I’ve done about myself. As always, Alex was incredibly honest and transparent about what each treatment could realistically achieve. She took the time to explain which options would be worth it for me and which wouldn’t. For example, I asked about polynucleotides, since they’re all over social media right now, and I really appreciated her honest feedback on why that particular treatment might not be the best fit for me. I’ve been seeing Alex for treatments for a few years now, and I truly only have good things to say. Her hands work like magic, and she’s not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. Today I had my third visit to Ciao Bella Aesthetics. I initially went for an anti-wrinkle consultation with Alex the clinic director. She was friendly, professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable. I had done a lot of research on different clinics beforehand, and Ciao Bella absolutely lived up to my expectations from the off. The Keynsham clinic is stunning, it is pure luxury and it feels like such a treat when you visit. After my initial consultation, I booked to have 3 areas of Botox with Brooke the following week. On the day she made me feel at ease straight away. She was incredibly professional and I felt in really safe hands. I actually ended up having a bit of a vasovagal episode during the procedure where I felt a bit faint, which was completely unexpected as I'm not needle phobic and had never had anything like that happen before. Brooke was so professional and reassuring. She didn't rush me, got me some lucozade and made sure I was feeling well enough to continue. It's now been two weeks since the procedure and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. Today I had my two week post botox review and I needed a couple of tiny tweaks which was to be expected as it was my first time having the procedure. Special mention to the reception staff also as they are always so lovely! I've already booked my next visit for 12 weeks time.

Such a beautiful salon , you instantly feel like a VIP as soon as you walk in. The receptionist is super polite, and everything is so professional and well-organized. Thanks, Alex, for the treatments and individual approach . As always, I’m really happy with the results!

This is an amazing clinic. It’s absolutely beautiful and from the moment you step in you are very well looked after. All the ladies are fantastic, so friendly and always happy to see you. They make you feel at ease and they have such a wealth of knowledge and experience you know you are in safe hands. I love coming to Ciao Bella and wouldn’t go anywhere else which is why it is so worth the 1hr 20 drive for me to get there!
