Ciao Bella aesthetics

I have been going to Ciao Bella for about 4 years for regular anti wrinkle treatments and at 47 noticed a dullness to my skin and loss of volume, that no amount of blusher could change. I only ever looked bright after a really good nights sleep …which is rare!<br><br>I saw information about a product called Sculptra in the reception area and felt curious. I had a consultation with Alex who explained the process and the results I’d expect. It’s a slow burn rather than instant change. I also did my own research also and took the plunge to book the Sculptra treatment.<br><br>I had 2 x sessions with Brooke, (who is always such a bundle of positive energy) and I was made to feel very relaxed. I noticed a difference to the volume in my face, especially in my cheek area after about 6 weeks.<br><br>Even when I’m very tired I always look brighter and more rested. People comment that I look well but never notice that I’ve had anything done. I’d highly recommend speaking to the brilliant staff at Ciao Bella if you’re feeling you need that extra boost to feel like yourself again.

This is now my third treatment with Brooke and I cannot recommend her or Ciao Bella enough! I would trust Brooke with my life, and more importantly, my face. As someone who is super squeamish, she makes botox feel super easy, and it is so worth it. I get the results I am looking for every single time. The location is really clean, nice smelling, and full of lovely people! Don't hesitate, it is so worth the money.

I had an awful experience somewhere else which left my face looking rubbish. Alex reassured me we can put it right and then spoke to Lily about changing my booked treatment to suit my current needs better. I had the most amazing hydro facial. My skin felt so good after. Lily also gave me so much advice about products to help which I have now added to my routine and are making the world of difference. Their expertise is out of this world but more importantly their compassion for my situation was appreciated so much more than I can explain 🫶

First of all, the place is beautiful with friendly staff, it all felt very welcoming. I had booked for a hydrafacial but on arriving / discussing it was clear that this would not help my current skin condition. Lily was really kind and gave me an alternative option whilst also providing advice on all the things I wasn’t doing quite right with my skin regime! I really valued her honesty and recommending the right treatment for me, all said with genuine care and without judgement. Thank you so much Lily. Strongly recommend if you are looking for any type of treatments - I know I will be back!

An exceptional and highly professional clinic! The reception team is incredibly welcoming, kind, and reassuring—creating a lovely atmosphere before any treatment even begins. I had a non-surgical rhinoplasty with Nurse Brooke, who continued that same warm and calming environment. Brooke’s professionalism, expertise, and ability to support a nervous patient are truly remarkable. I’ve never felt so safe in a medical setting. I cannot recommend this clinic enough—outstanding professionalism and safety. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Would 100% recommend Ciao Bella. Very up to date and spotless clinic. This was only my second visit to Ciao Bella, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most beautiful aesthetic clinics I’ve ever been to and I’ve visited many over the years. The moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a five-star hotel. Every corner is spotless, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, creating such a calm and luxurious atmosphere.<br>The team are genuinely lovely, welcoming and professional. I’ve been having my Alma laser treatments with Brooke, who is absolutely fantastic. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and clearly an expert in her field, yet so kind and easy to talk to.<br>For the quality of the service and the environment, I believe their prices are reasonable and would definitely recommend this clinic if you want to be in good hands. I've been a regular client of Ciao Bella for years - first at the Downend branch and now at the Keynsham clinic since it opened - and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. The clinic is stunning, welcoming, and always spotless.
