First of all, the place is beautiful with friendly staff, it all felt very welcoming. I had booked for a hydrafacial but on arriving / discussing it was clear that this would not help my current skin condition. Lily was really kind and gave me an alternative option whilst also providing advice on all the things I wasn’t doing quite right with my skin regime! I really valued her honesty and recommending the right treatment for me, all said with genuine care and without judgement. Thank you so much Lily. Strongly recommend if you are looking for any type of treatments - I know I will be back!

An exceptional and highly professional clinic! The reception team is incredibly welcoming, kind, and reassuring—creating a lovely atmosphere before any treatment even begins. I had a non-surgical rhinoplasty with Nurse Brooke, who continued that same warm and calming environment. Brooke’s professionalism, expertise, and ability to support a nervous patient are truly remarkable. I’ve never felt so safe in a medical setting. I cannot recommend this clinic enough—outstanding professionalism and safety. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my aesthetics. I have received treatments from various members of staff and they have all been so knowledgable. You can just tell that you are in safe hands. There is a reason they have a good reputation and they go out of their way to maintain that. I most recently had Botox and lip filler with Brooke. She discussed my wishes and placement and called me afterwards to reassure me when I reached out with questions. Thank you so much!

This was only my second visit to Ciao Bella, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most beautiful aesthetic clinics I’ve ever been to and I’ve visited many over the years. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and clearly an expert in her field, yet so kind and easy to talk to. Maddy was warm and professional, her kind and friendly attitude really made me feel welcome and understood, she really did set a positive tone for my appointment. I recently had a general consultation with Alex to explore possible treatments to enhance my features. Lately, I’ve been feeling that my appearance doesn’t quite reflect the personal growth and inner work I’ve done about myself. As always, Alex was incredibly honest and transparent about what each treatment could realistically achieve. She took the time to explain which options would be worth it for me and which wouldn’t. For example, I asked about polynucleotides, since they’re all over social media right now, and I really appreciated her honest feedback on why that particular treatment might not be the best fit for me. I’ve been seeing Alex for treatments for a few years now, and I truly only have good things to say. Her hands work like magic, and she’s not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring.
