Such a lovely team at Ciao Bella, all so friendly and welcoming which adds to the experience. I have been having treatments at the keynsham clinic. The clinic is really easy to get too with parking really close by. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell - it is amazing, like walking into a spa. The second is how pristine and clean it is, the decor is also incredible. Alex has been doing my treatments and I know I'm in really good hands with her, she’s been really open about what products/procedures do and don’t work and it’s really refreshing to know there are people doing these treatments that actually care about people’s safety and wellbeing over just thinking of an income. Highly recommend Ciao Bella and Alex to anyone thinking of starting their tweakment journey, really profession.and so so happy with my results

I cannot recommend ciao Bella highly enough, I have had treatments with Brooke and Alex and the results are always natural, I have always left really pleased with what they have achieved. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel so at ease and the clinic is beautiful.

Highly recommend Alex! I had Botox with Alex for Hyperhidrosis and she was amazing from start to finish. Warm, professional and so knowledgeable — I felt completely safe in her hands. I really appreciated her honesty – she made sure to manage my expectations and explained that the results may not always be successful, but we will wait and see how things go. That gave me real confidence in her integrity.. The salon is spotlessly clean, beautifully kept and a hidden gem on Keynsham High Street. Whatever treatment you’re considering, if Alex offers it, go for it — you’ll be glad you did! I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough.

Brooke was amazing, she took the time to explain the procedure and process thoroughly. She was extremely knowledgeable, and I felt safe in her hands. The ultimate professional! The lovely receptionist, I didn’t take her name, greeted me with a big smile, offered me a drink and was super kind.

Have seen Alex on a number of occasions and she in honestly the best there is.
