What a brilliant experience! Carrie was amazing and so reassuring especially as I went to her for my first procedure. No question was too silly and she is so knowledgeable and passionate about her work. It was a lovely experience from start to finish even though I was apprehensive beforehand. I would highly recommend her and her professionalism and dedication.

I had the best experience with Carrie! I had Botox and Chemical peel and felt totally at ease throughout. She talked me through the whole process and continued to ask me if I had any questions. Carrie is so friendly and looking forward to lots more treatments in the future. Highly recommend!

I came to Carrie for Neogen, not really knowing what to expect but the results are absolutely incredible. I look so much younger and fresher. It’s tightened up my skin, got rid of sagging I didn’t know what to do about (guessed it was just aging and that would be it!), my jaw line is tighter and my pigmentation has gone! I’ve had two sessions and can’t recommend it enough. Plus, Carrie is the loveliest person and so knowledgeable about everything to do with aesthetics. I can’t fault! I can’t recommend Carrie enough! She’s been taking care of my skin, and the results have been incredible. I’ve had a glow peel, skin boosters, and chin filler with her, and everything has exceeded my expectations. I was especially nervous about the chin filler after a bad experience with another practitioner in the past, but Carrie completely restored my confidence. She took the time to understand what went wrong before and approached it with care. The outcome was amazing, natural, balanced, and exactly what I had hoped for. Had my first Microneedling yesterday and was very nervous! Carrie was so lovely and super supportive throughout the whole procedure. She understands its not just about the treatment but about making it an enjoyable experience as well. She shows she cares too and keeps in touch after to check all is ok.
