The facial itself was relaxing, thorough, and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing.<br>Customer service truly stands out — the staff are responsive, positive, and always happy to help with questions or bookings. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and results. I always feel well looked after here and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality treatments and excellent service.

I have had a few different treatments and consultations here and every single time I have felt welcomed, relaxed and listened to. I have been having facials at Blend for a while now and have recently started treatment for thread veins on my legs with their new treatment Thermavein. Everyone at Blend is very friendly, very approachable, very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about delivering a high quality service to the local community. The clinic itself is impeccable, it’s highly professional and a very welcoming environment. In relation to my first Thermavein treatment I was somewhat apprehensive about the idea of actually having them done also knowing I have a pain threshold of around zero……….Laura was great, she explained everything fully, checked I was ok at all times and made me feel totally relaxed about the process. She also provided excellent post treatment information. After just one session there is a real improvement even though the thread veins are relatively significant and I have just had my second treatment today. For anyone apprehensive like myself I can honestly say you don’t need to be!

She was kind, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Rather than trying to push unnecessary or expensive treatments, she really took the time to understand me, my skin, and my concerns. What I appreciated most was her honesty — she explained that my skin concerns weren’t as severe as I had thought, which was very reassuring.<br><br>Laura recommended starting with three short laser sessions, which have already made a noticeable difference. After that, she suggested moving to more cost-effective maintenance treatments, such as Hydrafacials, which I’ve since had and found to be extremely effective and beneficial for my skin.<br><br>It’s refreshing to find a clinic that genuinely prioritises medical expertise, transparency, and the client’s best interests. I feel safe, listened to, and well cared for every time I visit, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon to anyone considering aesthetic or skin treatments.
