My daughter has been attending BHA for several years. She previously struggled with severe acne, and the improvement in her skin has been remarkable. Recently, she shared information with me about the Menopause Clinic at BHA, knowing I had been experiencing fatigue, low mood, and other symptoms. The NHS had been reluctant to prescribe HRT as I was ten years post‑menopause, so I decided to explore Natural HRT instead.<br><br>The initial blood tests showed that my oestrogen levels were almost undetectable, along with other imbalances, which clearly explained why I had been feeling progressively worse. I am now six weeks into treatment and making steady progress. My stamina has improved significantly; I still experience tiredness, but likely because I am now able to do more. Other health issues also seem to be resolving, which I suspect is due to my system gradually strengthening. As things are moving in the right direction, I will soon begin an increased dose.<br><br>Julia’s knowledge and experience have been invaluable throughout this process. She is consistently supportive and makes it clear that she is always available should I have any questions.

Again, cannot fault BHA. I'm undergoing skin analysis, which can be very eye opening. This was my follow up after my initial analysis, and, was incredibly happy to see the "age" of my skin coming down! It's a marathon not a sprint but seeing the small changes encourages me to keep up with the advice, it's obviously good and is working! Anyone who knows me knows how difficult it is for me to start/maintain new routines and this has actually been really easy for me. And Karen and all know my personality too so ease me in to new products/different regimes. They don't throw all the products and processes at you like some other places. The goal is healthier skin , long term. I'll trust BHA , Every. Single. Time for any and all my treatments.

Karen was wonderful, beautifully professional but not aloof (as has been my experience in some other places). Warm, friendly, exceptionally welcoming and explained every part of the treatment. Would definitely recommend.

Julia was able to fit us both in quickly for our hayfever injection and explained everything to us clearly. Very easy process and our symptoms have cleared immediately. After suffering for years with hayfever and trying all the over the counter and prescription medication, this injection is fabulous
