My Experience at Beau Clinic – 3D Hairstroke Brows by Charmaine From the callback all the way through to my next‑day appointment, I felt impressed and well looked after. The salon itself—stylish, impeccably clean—gave clear evidence that the clinic and owner take real pride in their work. I was welcomed with a light drink while filling out the paperwork, which immediately helped me settle in. When Charmaine came over, she introduced the process, talked me through what to expect—it felt warm, professional, and reassuring from the start. Though the procedure involves delicate tattooing, it was almost painless—just a little tingling, never uncomfortable. Charmaine regularly applied numbing cream, which really helped. I felt relaxed throughout and fully confident in her skill. What I especially loved: as someone with no previous tattoos, was Charmaine marked up my brows first—with the option to tweak the shape beforehand—so I felt totally in control and safe before anything was done. Yes, the session takes a couple of hours (typical for high‑precision semi‑permanent brows) but it was worth every minute. I could just relax in her careful, artistic hands. Looking at the final outcome… I should’ve done this years ago!

Courteney made me feel very relaxed, the process was explained clearly and any questions answered with a calm confidence, the laser is very powerful and did sting a little in places, I was surprised at how little time my procedure took, I was in and out in about 15 minutes! fabulous. A quick word about the premises if I may. I feel happy to travel some considerable distance because I find the whole building seems purpose built, immaculately clean, tidy and well presented,as are the staff. Everybody also seemed to be happy and contented, that included the customers. I will be visiting again soon and look forward to the experience

I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door. Gemma was very kind and welcoming! I was seen right away. The environment was very clean and relaxing. While eyebrow waxing can be uncomfortable, this was not the case with Gemma. She was very gentle and did a fantastic job on my eyebrows, exactly what I was looking for. I would most definitely come back again as well as recommend! :)

Barbara was amazing. I learnt so much from her extensive knowledge. Her enthusiasm is infectious. I am only 3 hours since my morpheus 8 and already my skin is calm. I felt so at ease thanks to Barbara. Everyone is always helpful. Thank you. See you in 4 weeks

What can I say apart from fabulous! It had taken me years to pluck up courage to have my eyebrows done and Charmaine made the process relaxed and supportive and I am thrilled with the results. I would not go anywhere else.

After years of insecurity I can't believe I left it so long to have my brows done but so glad I waited for Charmaine as she has done an amazing job they look so good and I can't stop looking at my brows! An amazing service and very talented lady. Thank you for giving me my confidence back! Worth every penny!

Delighted beyond words with my new eyebrows! Having lost all of my (previously lovely) eyebrows due to chemo treatment, I was keen to regain a more 'normal' look.. less ill cancer patient look.. more a return to looking my normal self again. As any cancer sufferer will know this is not vanity driven it's about taking control back and feeling better about yourself, giving you the confidence and strength to keep going with further cancer treatments and your recovery. I researched long and hard to find a specialist in microblading and this certainly paid off! Charmaine made me feel at ease and is a real perfectionist, taking the necessary time to draw a template and make sure I was completely happy with the shape etc before microblading. I was completely surprised with how painless the procedure was and no redness/ swelling as I expected. In context I have had more pain and redness from eyebrow waxing! Charmaine has done a perfect job, my eyebrows look so realistic, unless really close up you would never know they are not real hairs.

I had a lovely experience today at Beau Clinic with Lydia looking after me, i booked a hydra facial and received some great advice on what steps i can take to help my skin. Lydia was ever so kind and so helpful! I look forward to my next appointment x

My first visit today was a triumph!...Great salon with a quietly luxurious ambience. All the staff I met were absolutely lovely, Ocean was my therapist today....the treatment I had was the 'Winter warmer'...a delicious mix of 3 treatments that compliment each other perfectly, I left practically 'floating'. Highly recommend....it felt like I'd had a real treat...great experience.
