Banning Dental Group and Skin Clinique - Brentford

I visited The Banning Dental Group after their profile popped up on my social media feed. I’ve been contemplating much-needed dental treatment for years, but due to anxiety and nervousness a trauma response from when I was little, I kept putting it off.<br><br>I finally plucked up the courage to reach out as I’m in need of dental implants. From the very first call, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and reassuring. She advised me to book a check-up with Dr Ali Dara, who would examine my teeth and put together a treatment plan.<br><br>I explained that I was extremely nervous and anxious. On the day of my appointment Dr Dara instantly made me feel at ease. He reassured me that my teeth could be restored. I had been thinking the worst, especially as I believe one of my teeth that was previously extracted under the NHS could potentially have been saved.<br><br>Dr Dara was incredibly thorough. He took images and X-rays and clearly explained what needed to be done. I felt fully informed and supported, and I decided to go ahead with the treatment.<br><br>I was also drawn to Banning Dental Group because of their competitive prices, particularly for implants, which made the treatment feel much more achievable.<br><br>I’m really looking forward to getting my confidence back and smiling again.<br>Thank you, Banning Dental Group. I have been a dental patient at Banning Dental in Brentford since 2019, including Invisilign treatment. They have consistently provided excellent patient care and customer service. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I have been very pleased with the treatment that I have received over the years and would highly recommend.

Saw the hygienist today. She saw me promptly, My teeth are now sparkling. She was very helpful with lots of advice about electric toothbrushes and where best to buy. She was very professional. A great experience. ( Well as ‘great’ ever can be going to a hygienist!)

I had Invisalign treatment with Banning Dental Group (Crawley) under Dr Alissa.<br>Dr Alissa was professional, calm, and clear in her explanations throughout my Invisalign treatment. She took time to discuss different clinical options at the final stage, including refinements, and did not pressure me into additional treatment when it was not necessary.<br>Her clinical judgement was reassuring, and the final alignment result is aesthetically pleasing. I felt confident in her dental expertise during appointments.From a clinical point of view, I am satisfied with the outcome and Dr Alissa’s professionalism.<br>However, the overall experience was affected by frequent appointment cancellations, limited availability, and unclear communication, especially when waiting for the final retainers. A complimentary Hydrafacial included in my package was also not proactively arranged.<br>Good clinical outcome, but the service and communication could be improved.

I had Dr Ioannis Gonianakis in Brentford for my Dental Implant and he was so nice and lovely. He explained the whole procedure and calmed my nerves and the whole process from start to finish was great. He explained everything in great detail and I understood what was going on and what I needed to do. The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. Maia was so nice and helpful. The office was beautiful too. I would 100% recommend Banning Dental.

I hated going to the dentist because i have had a lot of bad experience. My first appointment i was very nervous and couldn't relax . The practitioner were very supportive with all the dental work as well as informing me on each stage what was about to happen. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful,clean and relaxed and its money well spent. You would always want to attend the banning group practice.
