I've had my first appointment with Dr Ali Abbasbhai— great communication, answered all my questions, very patient and professional. The clinic is very clean and the girls from the reception are very friendly. Looking forward to seeing how the treatment progresses; will update once completed. Updates: huge shout out for Dr Ruslan Mansurov- 10/10 for professionalism, patience and knowledge. Today (12th December), I had my 2nd appointment with him- made sure every time that I'm ok, let me know every step of the procedures, answered all my questions. 100% recommend his services!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ruslan Mansurov for my routine hygiene appointments and he’s fantastic! He’s always helpful, gives great advice and tips on what I can do to improve my gum health & the look of my smile, and makes sure I feel completely comfortable throughout. Everything feels easy and effortless — I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend!

I had an Invisalign journey with D Ahmad Omran and had a really positive experience. I didn’t think it would be possible to fix my issue but the outcome was amazing. He was always very helpful and informative. I am very happy with my smile. Would definitely recommend him! This clinic doesn’t have hidden costs like most places and you don’t feel pressured financially. Also the receptionists are so lovely. They are so welcoming as soon as you enter.

I’ve just completed my fixed braces treatment (2 years) and the results are amazing. I came to Banning Group for restorative dental treatment from a previous other experience. I wished I had known of Banning Group at the outset. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Banning, Blackfriars Rd. Everyone treated me in a professional manner. The environment is clean and welcoming. I noted how the equipment was cleaned after each patient/ client. I was really impressed with the overall service that I took out the Elite Dental Plan as I intend to continue receiving dental services from Banning after my current restorative treatment.

When looking into any sort of Orthodontic process / treatment you want to make sure you are in the right hands. From my very first consultation in person the whole experience was seamless. After being seen at other practices and dental groups with low attitudes made to feel as if you are just seen as a number rather than genuine care, I was highly impressed by the service I received from the moment I walked into the door at Banning Dental Blackfriars! Exceptional and knowledgable staff, very polite and transparent which makes you feel you are in good hands. I have now chosen to begin my treatment with Banning as I have no doubt they will continue to keep this high standard of service through out my treatment & I can’t wait to get started! I would like to personally thank Maria who works in Finance, for breaking down the process exceptionally with multiple different finance options suitable for everyone, she has been easy to work with regarding my next steps, she was knowledgeable in explaining the process to me, different packages & what they entail. Dr Stephanie who will be overlooking my treatment is an asset to the team who makes you feel comfortable just from your first appointment. Dr Shirin Ali has provided fantastic care and guidance over the past 2 years on a range or dental situations. She is incredibly pleasant to deal with and knows exactly what is best for her patients. Banning in general is ultra modern with the best equipment - almost doesn’t feel like a dentist. Recommend highly!
