My first time at Banning Dental, I was very impressed by the warm greeting & professional service. I was fully informed about all aspects of my treatment & felt reassured. The dentist's assistant was particularly lovely!

Im a nervous patient but was put at ease by everyone I had contact with.<br>A lovely happy team with positive vibes .<br>Dr Chris was very patient and thoroughly explained the treatment plan.<br>Best of all I was seen at a time that suited me and treatment will be started before my holiday.<br>I'm usually petrified of treatment but I'm feeling confident that I'm in good hands.<br>Many thanks<br>Lesley

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br><br>It’s been around six hours since my treatment and, to be honest, I’m in a phenomenal amount of pain. I’ve had multiple extractions, multiple implants, bone grafting and plenty of stitching, so some discomfort was always going to be expected.<br><br>Despite that, I felt compelled to leave a review because of the lasting impression the team at Banning Dental Group have made on me.<br><br>I dealt primarily with Ahmed and his dental nurse Heidi, but the whole team, including Jasmine, have been exceptional from start to finish. I have probably been a complete pain in the backside over the last few weeks, asking question after question and making phone call after phone call. Not once did anyone make me feel like an inconvenience. Every question was answered patiently, professionally and with genuine care.<br><br>As a nervous dental patient, I was particularly anxious before the procedure. However, during the surgery Ahmed and Heidi made me feel incredibly comfortable and more importantly, relaxed. The atmosphere throughout was calm, reassuring and professional. The kindness shown by the team never felt scripted or forced. It felt genuine, and that makes a huge difference when you’re putting your trust in people for such significant treatment.<br><br>Even with all the swelling, bruising and the fact that I’m currently looking like I’ve gone a few rounds with a heavyweight boxer, the results already look exceptional… although I suspect I’ll need to wait for the swelling to settle before I can fully appreciate them! 😂<br><br>What stands out most is the environment they’ve created. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel looked after. That’s not something every dental practice manages to achieve.<br><br>I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Although, I did nearly knock a star off for Heidi’s singing during the implants 😂 If you’re considering implants, extractions or complex dental work and you’re feeling nervous, this is a team that will make you feel safe, supported and cared for every step of the way. Thank you to Ahmed, Heidi, Jasmine and everyone involved. You’ve been outstanding.

I had invisalign treatment with Lary and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was incredibly patient and ensured that I was well informed throughout the process. Can’t recommend her and her lovely dental assistant enough :)

The surroundings and hospitality put one at ease immediately. The staff were friendly and welcoming and provided either a cold or hot drink (which is a far cry from other dental practices that I have been treated at). The skill of the dentist and humane approach from all staff was much appreciated. The attention to detail of the staff and their response to requests was second to none, and the value for money was a welcome surprise as compared to other practices. Both my carer and I are thinking seriously of using this practice for future treatment.

I enquired about Invisalign for myself and my daughter.I have been unhappy and very conscious of my teeth for a long time, I also have a fear of dentists. I was brave enough to book a consultation. From the moment i stepped into the clinic, I felt safe and comfortable; the interior was relaxing, modern (like a spa reception) and the welcome was warm and professional . I had a really positive experience with this dental practice. The cost of treatment was very reasonable, which was a big relief. The dental nurse was kind and professional, and the dentist was excellent—very skilled and reassuring throughout.<br><br>I had a tooth come out the previous day, and they were able to see me quickly and put it back into place with great care. I’m really grateful for how efficiently and calmly everything was handled.<br><br>Highly recommend this practice to anyone needing prompt and quality dental care.

I was recommended the Chestfield Dental practice by a family member. A very pleasant experience. Friendly Modern and comfortable environment. Chris, the dentist, was very calm and welcoming. One tiny gripe, I didn't like being referred to as, My lovely, by the dental assistant and being told at the end, how brave I was. Would expected a better level of professionalism l. Overall though very happy.
