I was a bit daunted by booking in a for my first ever deep tissue massage but wanted to see how it would help with muscle stiffness in my back. Sarah greeted me as I walked in, confirmed she had read my first visit questionnaire responses and we agreed on the couple of areas of focus. Sarah explained how the massage was performed and within a few minutes had started. Sarah made the session as relaxing as possible. Although I wasn't always able to respond (probably a good indicator of how effective the massage was), she kept very interesting conversation going. At the end, Sarah provided me with a couple of exercises to try out to attempt to reduce the muscle stiffness in my back. I recommend Sarah's clinic to my friends. As a male who has never had any form of massage in the past, Sarah was very reassuring.

I have just been for my first visit, having a hot stone massage and an Indian head massage, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Sarah is very skilled and knowledgeable, she listened to my problem areas and worked wonders through the hot stone massage. My shoulder feels so much looser and more comfortable. The clinic has a lovely ambience and Sarah was professional, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. If you’re looking to pamper yourself and unwind, I highly recommend Sarah and will definitely be rebooking.

Just had my first treatment which was a fantastic Indian head massage with lovely Sarah in a beautiful & calm Scandish style setting. Sarah really knows what she is doing.
