I was a bit daunted by booking in a for my first ever deep tissue massage but wanted to see how it would help with muscle stiffness in my back. Sarah greeted me as I walked in, confirmed she had read my first visit questionnaire responses and we agreed on the couple of areas of focus. Sarah explained how the massage was performed and within a few minutes had started. Sarah made the session as relaxing as possible. Although I wasn't always able to respond (probably a good indicator of how effective the massage was), she kept very interesting conversation going. At the end, Sarah provided me with a couple of exercises to try out to attempt to reduce the muscle stiffness in my back. I recommend Sarah's clinic to my friends. As a male who has never had any form of massage in the past, Sarah was very reassuring.

If your reading this then you want to know my thoughts on Bambù (Hope I got the tilde right Sarah!). Over the last 4 months, I have tried many massage therapists and spas, offering, but no limited to; Swedish, Aromatheraphy, Thai, Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation and Lomi-Lomi. Sarah is an open, warm, attentive, friendly person who was very welcoming to me into her beautiful, calming space and her exceptional skills. We discussed indepth issues, medical history and what I could expect during and after the massage. It was a gorgeous massage, personalised, relaxing and grounding. Sarah delivered perfect pressure. She identified some shortened, 'knotty' muscles and worked on them, which was done expertly, without me feeling uncomfortable. I did feel lighter than when I went in. Sarah is a very intuitive therapist, we talked when it was right to and equally felt comfortable in silence. She shared some excellent aftercare information and even exercise/ stretching recommendations to aid my back in between now and my next time at Bambù. I cannot recommend Sarah & Bambù highly enough. I experienced actual care, a holistic approach with an indepth assessment informing the treatment plan, a highly personalised service. Can't wait to return.

I recently visited for a massage and facial. I had 1.5 hours of bliss. I had to share some personal information with Sarah & she was extremely professional, kind and understanding. Just been for my first visit to Bambu and was so impressed. I had a ‘serenity spa and skin experience’ which included a facial and back massage. Sarah was so lovely and welcoming and the salon is gorgeous. I have never had such a personalised treatment, I appreciated Sarah’s expertise and advice. Have left feeling completely relaxed and my skin is glowing. I will definitely be back!

I have just been for my first visit, having a hot stone massage and an Indian head massage, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Sarah is very skilled and knowledgeable, she listened to my problem areas and worked wonders through the hot stone massage. My shoulder feels so much looser and more comfortable. The clinic has a lovely ambience and Sarah was professional, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. If you’re looking to pamper yourself and unwind, I highly recommend Sarah and will definitely be rebooking.
