Lucy was kind and professional. She listened to my concerns and was able to assess the area herself and develop a plan. I was so impressed by her knowledge of facial anatomy which put me at ease. During the procedure she assessed throughout and made decisions based on what was safe and most appropriate to ensure the finished result was natural. My experience of visiting Lucy and her team has been a very positive one. The clinic is spotless and all the staff are helpful and informative. They offer many services and guide you to the right one for you. It can be quite daunting and scary if you have never received any treatments before, but Lucy and her team will put you at ease and give you the time to discuss with them what it is you want to achieve
