And Emily is only the best - she has magic hands and always manages to see exactly what my skin needs each time rather than just a generic treatment. It was my first time visiting Aura Spa and I was really impressed with my experience. It started off with a warm, professional welcome by your Receptionist when I arrived. I was seen for my appointment slightly earlier than my appointment time which was a bonus. I can not applaud Esme enough for how welcoming, friendly and professional she was. She gave me a good amount of time to choose my nail colour and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision at all. She made me a nice cup of tea which went down a treat during my treatment. I felt thoroughly pampered by the end of my pedicure and Esme took great care in ensuring I was happy with the final look. I didn’t feel rushed to leave the salon either and enjoyed relaxing in the comfy pedicure chair. 2 weeks later and my pedicure is still as fresh as the day I came in for it which I’m really impressed by. I will definitely be booking with Esme again for any future treatments and have already booked my sister in for a birthday pedicure with Esme. Thank you Esme for taking such great care of me!

I had the most exceptional facial at Aura Spa. Barbara, my therapist, was incredibly knowledgeable and wonderfully gentle throughout the entire experience. She took the time to explain each step and tailored the treatment to suit my skin’s needs perfectly. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and truly pampered afterwards. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a first-class experience.

I love my monthly hydrogenesis facials with Paige. She is so attentive to my skin needs & provides a calming presence. I’m instantly relaxed as soon as I step in to the spa. All the staff are so friendly and professional.
