I was struck with severe grade 6 Bells Palsy on March 3rd 2024. I was beside myself with upset on how my face looked. My confidence was in tatters. I googled on the internet to try to find a clinic that was skilful and knowledgeable on a Bells Palsy patient. I found Anna’s clinic and it was very exciting when I managed to gain a cancellation slot quite quickly to start my treatment. I went from very very wonky with different eye shapes to almost back to normal. It took around two weeks for the results to be seen in full. I work with a lot of people and each one would say ‘ oh wow Anna you are looking so much better!’. The whole team at Anna’s clinic are so lovely, welcoming, reassuring , discreet and so professional. I came to see Anna for Botox and have been really impressed with her knowledge and care. I have had Botox before at another clinic but Anna definitely has more experience and was able to completely smooth my forehead and lift my brow where the other clinic was unable to do this. I have spoken to Anna about fillers, Softwave therapy and also collagen and other supplements. She has a huge knowledge and is very helpful. There is no sales pressure whatsoever, she is genuinely interested in listening to your concerns and helping you with the best advice. I would definitely recommend this clinic as I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I am so impressed with everything I see at Anna Medical! From the beautiful environment, the lovely receptionist who is so welcoming to Anna herself who listened to me to understand the results I was hoping for. Then carefully advised on the best treatments to gain this. I have now had all my treatments. I follow a daily skincare routine with the products Anna recommended for my skin and have a full face Botox procedure every 4 months just for maintenance.Only last week Anna showed me my before and after photos. The difference is amazing. I still look like me but 100% better!I highly recommend Anna and her fantastic team!
