Hi I went to the smile gallery because I had a very loose tooth at the front which had to come out and didn't want a denture fitted so decided on an implant instead I am a nervous patient but must admit the minute I walked into the reception you are greater with smile and extremely helpful Marina who made me feel welcome straight away I then saw Dr Rahul he is so caring and patient which put me at ease straight away after a long chat we discussed a treatment plan which I have just started and amazed to say it's virtually pain free but I still have some way to go yet but I'm not worried as I know Dr Rahul is such a professional in his field plus his caring and friendly manner helps greatly along with all his caring team many thanks looking forward to the rest of my treatment, Anne Howell 😊

I had my first ever facial aesthetics (lip filler) with Dr Aak whom took the time and effort to explain to me fully what could be done to help my asymmetrical jaw and my achieve desired look of plump lips. My first appointment I was super nervous and felt very shaken after the injections due to anxiety but Dr Aak took the time and effort to reassure me and come the next day/two days later I couldn’t be happier with the results of my lip filler. I really trust Dr Aaks judgement and the great professionalism of the team at Anew Clinic is unmatched. I really look forward to the next appointments planned

I was recommended to Dr Aak by my dentist that I see at the clinic as I was clenching my jaw and damaging my back teeth due to the force I was applying. Dr Aak was able to inject botox into the muscles in my jaw to reduce the pressure which has really helped. I also had botox in 3 areas of my face for cosmetic reasons but have found this to greatly reduce the migraines I experience. Dr Aak is absolutely brilliant. I had a thorough consultation, the clinic is warm and welcoming and everybody is so lovely. My appointments are never rushed, Dr Aak always likes to talk to see how you are and make sure you are happy with the treatment and she has a genuine interest. Jade, who assists Dr Aak goes above and beyond to help with any queries, aftercare, ordering of skincare products etc and is such an asset to the clinic. I would 100% recommend coming to Dr Aak for treatments and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Dr Ask, and her assistant Jade were both lovely. I was turning 35 and wanted to work to keep my youth. I had a really good consultation to talk through what I wanted to achieve and Dr Aak kept it very real. She didn’t try to oversell and made me feel so at ease. Jade held my hand as I was a bit nervous about having the Botox injections and that really helped too. They check in with you in the two weeks after to make sure the Botox is kicking in. I loved the final result I’ll definitely be going back for skincare treatments and for my next Botox top up!

I highly recommend this clinic for facial aesthetics. All staff are always friendly, presentable, approachable and professional. I have been so impressed with the results but mainly with the staff and their understanding and abilities. They have a lovely way about them, are caring and listened to me without making me feel sad about myself or my appearance. They believe in enhancing and making the best of what you naturally have. The clinic is very clean, parking is easy and I feel very comfortable going there. Thank you!

I would give 10 stars if I could! I went into The Smile Gallery/Anew Clinic to have a few treatments in preparation for my wedding and from the moment I went in every member of staff was warm and friendly. I had by treatments by Dr Aak and assisted by Jade the Nurse - both are absolutely amazing! Everything was explained right down to the sensations you would feel with different treatments and pretty much pain free. I have been to other practitioners over the years but I’m am so thrilled with my results and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful experience with Dr Aak! She put me at ease immediately, understood my needs and delivered and exceeded my expectations. The follow up after appointments is also something I really appreciated- I was sent a clear and easy to understand guide on how to use the products recommended and purchased. Already looking forward to my next appointment in December!

I am so happy with my new lips! I visited Anew last week for a plump, soft and natural look. They could not have been more thorough in listening to what I wanted, advising what is best and how the process works. The attention to detail was second to none and I felt so comfortable the whole time. I’d previously had them done elsewhere, and i could not believe the difference in the level of service offered at Anew. I am the happiest I’ve ever been with my lips, they’re exactly as I had hoped. Can’t recommend them enough!
