I had the absolute best experience training in laser tattoo and hair removal with Alex James SMP. Alex and Dawn were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and so friendly — we had such a laugh throughout the course, but the training was still super professional and packed with valuable information. I felt completely supported and left feeling confident and ready to get started. The clinic and training environment is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and welcoming. I also left with a fully equipped machine, which was a huge bonus and made me feel even more prepared to hit the ground running. Couldn’t recommend them enough! I recently completed my training with Alex James Training Academy, where I took courses in HIFU and RadioFrequency MicroNeedling, as well as the HydroFacial. After 30 years working in the scrap metal industry i decided it was time for a change so try my hand at laser tattoo removal. I found Alex James academy online and gave them a call. From the first contact to completing the very enjoyable course both Alex & Dawn have been amazing and I left with the confidence to go it alone knowing they are on hand if i need them. Amazing! I was so nervous taking on a new carer path but both Alex and Dawn were brilliant, you know your there to learn a new skill but you leave feeling confident, knowledgeable and knowing you have support for life. I recently had SMP with Alex after years of deliberation. I spent quite a lot of time searching for the right person/practice and I certainly made a great choice. Alex was professional from the first conversations we had and was reassuring throughout. I had 4 sessions in total to get the finished look, which I am really happy with. Alex took his time to progressively build up the SMP over 3 main sessions. Patience is certainly key if you want a realistic and natural looking appearance and I trusted him from the off. The time in between sessions gives the SMP time to settle and also gives you time to get used to the changes and go back with any questions and suggestions for adjustments. Having a natural looking hairline is key and over the sessions Alex did a fantastic job of it. Alex takes great pride in giving people the best possible results and is something of a perfectionist. He also offered great advice on aftercare and hair trimmers, which was very helpful for me on my SMP journey. I will certainly use Alex for any future top up sessions.

Thoroughly enjoyed my training, these guys are unbelievable at what they do. Both Alex and Dawn provided the skills and knowledge throughout the course so brilliantly that I've qualified feeling confident and relaxed. I will definitely be booked other courses in the future.
