Fabulous massage and Reiki yesterday. Shona takes time to check in on how you are feeling on the day, and adapts your session to fit. Very friendly and even more importantly, very reassuring if you are a little 'shy' 😀. Can't wait until next time.

Kate listened carefully to my list of various aches then worked systematically from my feet to head. My neck today feels freer ( I have a trapped nerve) and I am definitely feeling a big improvement in my sciatica. Very professional and all staff were lovely to deal with.

I had a deep tissue massage followed by the mini kobido face lift by Meaghan. The whole experience was great from start to finish, she made me feel very comfortable and continued to check on my comfort throughout. The massage was excellent and really targeted my painful shoulders and released a lot of tension. Finishing with the kobido was ideal as a way to relax after the more intensive massage. Highly recommend and just wish I could afford to get it done every month!

My first ever visit to Aga & Ola was on Sunday 20th July. I had an appointment with Brenda for a deep massage. Not going to lie, at times this was quite painful but I know I have a lot of knots to sort out. Brenda was amazing, and I have already booked another appointment in with her. I trust her to get these issues sorted out so that I am no longer suffering.

A thoroughly friendly and professional clinic. Highly knowledgeable staff, clear treatment plans using a variety of techniques. As an older fitness instructor I feel and see the benefits in my mobility, stretching and muscle endurance. Excellent. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful massage with Suzy today. Having never experienced this kind of massage before, I’d say her approach is holistic, very calming and creates space in the whole body. She seems very intuitive, experienced and brings a wealth of knowledge to what she does. I left feeling I had space in my mind and body and a sense of calmness and ease. Thank you so much.

This was my first visit to the clinic, and it couldn't have gone any better. I had a wonderful massage, tailored to suit my needs, by Linda, a really fabulous girl who, seamlessly, from start to finish made the experience great for me. I didn't quite know what I needed going forward, but Linda explained, and helped me realise what would be beneficial for my needs. Really wonderful experience and I will most definitely be returning.

I had the most incredible Deep Tissue Massage with specialised neck lift yesterday. Kate was so warm and welcoming, and my treatment was amazing. I immediately booked in for the same again in a few weeks and left feeling like I was walking on a cloud. Thank you, Kate!
