I had a blood withdrawal today and the phlebotomist was fantastic—incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout. I have notoriously tricky veins (the practitioner last week wasn't able to get a sample), but she managed to find a vein and draw the blood smoothly on the first attempt with minimal fuss. Really grateful for her skill and excellent care!

This was my second visit for treatment so I knew what to expect. I explained what I was hoping to achieve and it was explained to me what the best way forward would be. I'm very happy with the results. Overall the service is very professional, caring and friendly.

It was my first time visiting today and it was such a great experience! There was a really warm welcome at reception when I arrived, and Jessica was fantastic. She was chatty, really friendly and answered all my questions in deep detail. Better still, my appointment was practically pain free which was an added bonus – I’m looking forward to returning soon.

Sarah was amazing, I was very nervous. She was kind and explained everything to me. She fitted me in for a patch test while I was there and helped me purchase sun protection. The patch test is a success so I can't wait to return for treatment. The lady on reception was so welcoming when I popped in last week, I am over the moon.

I recently had polynucleotide treatment with Georgia and had a really positive experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. Jemma has been amazing throughout my course of laser hair removal. She's very welcoming and puts you at ease and ensures you're comfortable throughout the appointments. Every time I visit I am made to feel welcome and most of all they care.<br>I have had Botox, Fillers and various facial treatments with follow up appointments each time. They are thorough and professional and give the correct advice, if the treatment you request as I did is not suitable for you they will tell you and explain why.
