Every time I visit I am made to feel welcome and most of all they care.<br>I have had Botox, Fillers and various facial treatments with follow up appointments each time. They are thorough and professional and give the correct advice, if the treatment you request as I did is not suitable for you they will tell you and explain why. I have visited quite a few aesthetic businesses and I can honestly say that Aeternum are literally head and shoulders above the rest.<br>The premises are immaculate & the reception staff are warm and friendly. I always see Sarah, she is excellent, always suggesting the best procedure or treatment for me, but also very considerate of what my requirements are, I very much like the continuity of care. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring (I’m not the best with needles). The pre-treatment consultation was thorough and informative, and the post-treatment advice was clear and concise with everything emailed for reference if required. Most importantly, the results are outstanding. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this clinic, magic!

I had an Obagi chemical peel at Aeternum Aesthetics in Ashby, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
