Rachel is a star, she's so attentive and guides you through everything. You can tell that she really cares about your treatment and wants the best results for you. Rachel is absolutely lovely! I had no idea what I wanted or needed, and she talked me through all the possible options. I chose her as I was keen to keep any work done to a minimum and natural and that's exactly her ethos. Definitely recommend. It takes a special person to make you feel comfortable whilst jabbing needles in your face!

Dr Rachel is very knowledgeable and thorough and my skin is already looking much better. I’m looking forward to carrying on my skin journey with her. Dr. Rachel made me feel very comfortable and reassured me every step of the way as I was quite anxious. I had no idea what treatments would work for me but she was very patient and listened to my concerns. She formulated a plan - I've had 3 treatments so far and can really see a difference. She is truly lovely and caring and her knowledge and bedside manner is second to none.
