Lucy at Angels 12 is always lovely and accommodating and has been cutting my son Matthew’s (now 9 years old) hair for years. She’s extremely good with him and always contacts us to see if we’re running late, or if there are any other problems. Very grateful to her for being so flexible!

I have had the great good fortune of discovering Angel's Twelve. After much research, at 42 years old, I decided I'd like to try some botox and fillers. I went to what was supposed to be a renowned clinic in Nottingham for some botox and left in tears, out of pocket, with blood running down my face, I was not even offered a tissue. I had been missold their botox package. The lady there took less than ten minutes to "examine" my face and administer the botox injections, before ushering me out as quickly as possible and making me feel small and unimportant. Two weeks later I could not see any effect from the botox, except that my one eyebrow was now much lower than the other. The experience had been so awful that I had decided that would be my first and last attempt at facial aesthetics, but because my eyebrows were now so totally different, I ultimately landed up looking for someone to correct them. Angels twelve was recommended to me by the ladies that work at Boots who told me that they and many of their clients highly recommend the place. I could not have been luckier or found anyone better than Dr.Olah and Claire. Dr Olah corrected my eyebrows and because she made me feel so safe, informed and listened too I went ahead and got some more areas done on that very visit. The results have been phenomenal! I have been told I look ten years younger and it has done wonders for my self esteem and general well-being. Later I decided I'd get a few fillers, particularly for some scarring I have had on my face since I was a child. I had the pleasure of going to Claire for these. She took the time to explain everything to me and listen to me. I felt safe and confident in her hands. Three days later and my scar is practically invisible. I had a few other areas done and although the full result will be more apparent after 2 weeks, it already looks beautiful. I couldn't be happier. Claire works magic!!! These two ladies are Masters in their field. They are artists who know just how to work with your own facial anatomy to give you the best, most natural looking results. Neither of them tried to talk me into paying for more and more treatments, and actually gave me advice that meant my treatments cost less. They are not just in it to get the most money out of you and send you on your way. They genuinely want to give you the best result. Jean at the front desk could not be nicer. She is knowledgeable and helpful. I am so glad I found them. Being my first time receiving these treatments I have compared my results to good results I have seen online and mine are far better. I cannot recommend them or their workmanship enough. A wonderful experience from start to finish, the results speak for themselves.

Shireen is absolutely amazing! She does my hair perfectly every time, gorgeous colour and cut! The salon is lovely too, everyone is so warm and welcoming, the experience is wonderful. Can’t recommend enough!

Cannot fault the service. Staff are super friendly and care about giving you a good haircut. My hair looks great - thank you to Shireen. And I got a Diet Coke with my haircut too. What more could you want from a hair appointment?

Having moved salons I had an appointment with Shireen at Angels Twelve and from entering the salon to leaving was fantastic. The atmosphere was friendly and warm and the salon was nice and clean. Sam is an experienced and fabulous stylist, I have been coming to her since childhood and she has accommodated my changing style requests whilst keeping my hair in top condition. She is multi talented from cuts to colour and treatment, she’s been my go to stylist for events and when I had some permanent make up Sam washed my hair without getting my brows wet, she is confident in new trends and traditional styles. Love her

I’ve been having my laser here for about 5 sessions so far. I’ve been to a couple other laser clinics before coming here and can comfortably say within the 2/3 sessions noticed a massive different to the hair growth time, the texture and the appearance of my skin in general after having the laser from Angels Twelve than from any other place I’ve been to. As I had already told my practitioner Soodabeh about my journey with laser she still made sure I was comfortable and still explained the process and procedure and after care. They also have available a post laser cream and SPF to purchase which supports the skin during the process of having the laser. She has taken very good care of me during my treatment as have the rest of the staff. For anyone thinking about getting laser I truly recommend Angels Twelve.
