At PLIM, we provide our customers with an option to pay for training courses in parts at 0% interest. Payment plans for training courses are the same as the treatment payment plans.
To login to your dashboard, please click on the login button on the top right corner of our marketplace. Please use the same credentials that were used while creating your account.
Once the deposit is paid, PLIM cannot refund the amount as the entire treatment amount is paid by PLIM to your clinic.
The payment date cannot be changed. The billing cycle date is set when you pay the deposit for your treatment.
You can start your treatment once you have accepted the BNPL invite, completed the soft credit check and paid the required deposit.
Login to the Plim dashboard using the same account credentials you used during the signup. Under the Payment detail page, click on the "Change Payment Option" button to change your payment method. You can add a new payment card as and when needed.
Once you pay the deposit and activate your BNPL, all your payment details with due dates will be displayed on your dashboard. You will also receive reminder emails from us before your payment is due.
PLIM Plan once chosen cannot be changed. Customers are required to carefully select the PLIM plan while making an application.
Once the clinic invitation is accepted and the deposit is paid, the subscription cannot be cancelled as the entire amount is paid by PLIM to your clinic.
Our system will send you repeated reminders about your upcoming installment payment. Missing the same can raise a red flag in our system. However, we do attempt recollection, and send out reminder emails to the customers if the set payment has not been received.
All refunds will be processed on a case to case basis, within 4-6 weeks. Cancellation charges will be applicable.
We have a dedicated tab for various training courses provided by our partner clinics on our marketplace.
You can pay in 1,3,6,12 months depending on the cost of the training course.
As a payment solution provider, we are unable to cancel your subscription directly. However, we will stop the payment associated with your subscription and proceed with a refund of any amount already paid once the clinic confirms the cancellation. Once the clinic initiates the refund, we will process it, but please note that we will deduct cancellation charges before issuing the refund.
You can not request a refund or cancellation, if any instalment has been paid or the invoice for the same has been created.
To avail PLIM finance you need to make a BNPL application by selecting a payment plan that suits you best. Once your BNPL application is approved you can start your journey by:
In order to apply for pre-approved credit, a customer must provide their personal details as per official records and have a UK address history of at least 1 year.
Your other financial transactions such as rent, mortgage, debts, personal loans etc may affect your borrowing capability. Once you avail your credits your affordability may be affected.
You can avail your credits immediately after the results are displayed.
Your pre-approved credit cannot be availed partially. Once the availed you must apply for a pre-approval again in 60 days to use the credit again.
Your pre-approved credit can be used for multiple treatments, given that they are bundled in the same invite and not separate invites.
Usually clinics will reach out to you within 48 hours but sometimes it can take longer. You can also find the clinic phone number on PLIM Marketplace and give them a call,if you wish to speak to them sooner.
You can book up to 3 treatments per call back.
Yes. You can browse PLIM Marketplace, search for your ideal treatments/clinics and request as many call backs as you like.
You can still apply for a BNPL with pre-approved credit, provided that you have received a BNPL invite from the clinic.
Your Pre-approved credit is valid for 60 days, i.e. if approved you must apply for a BNPL within 60 days or the credit will expire, and you’ll have to go through the process again.
You cannot use your pre-approved credit for multiple BNPLs. Your pre-approved credit can only be used on one BNPL application. If you have availed the credit on a BNPL, you will need to wait for at least 60 days before you apply for another pre-approved credit.
Yes. Pre-approved credit limit is just a reference point. You can apply for a BNPL that is higher or lower than this amount. PLIM will assess your BNPL application based on certain eligibility criteria and let you know whether you are approved or not.
